Does the monitor turn on/off frequently or go black when connected?
Please connect any of the monitor’s USB-C ports to a power source of over 5V 2A—this is caused by insufficient voltage supplied to the monitor by the device.
No signal/power-saving mode on the monitor when connected via the included USB-C 3.1 cable?
Please check if the device’s USB-C port supports DP (DisplayPort) or Thunderbolt 3/4/5 protocols. If the device does not support these protocols, it may fail to transmit video signals normally, resulting in no display or a black screen on the monitor
